On this field trip, led by a professional guide, you will gain a deeper understanding of coastal habitats in Hong Kong and their wildlife, master techniques for observing and identifying intertidal creatures, and learn about the environmental challenges affecting our coasts as well as current conservation efforts.

Remarks
- Priority is given to exchange students but all students are welcome to join
- Limited quota on a first-come-first-served basis
- Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email after the application deadline
- Round trip transportation is included
- Participants need to prepare their own headlamps/ flashlights
- Students who withdraw or do not show up on the field trip date should bear the full cost of the field trip ($450)
This workshop is included as a "Diversified General Education Activity". Attending on time and completing this activity will be equivalent to attending one College Assembly in Term 2, 2025/26.
- Students are allowed to participate in a maximum of two “Diversified General Education Activity” per term as equivalent to attending two College Assembly.
- Please check the Registration and Attendance System (RAS) two weeks after the event date to confirm your attendance record.
