Support the Earth Hour
“Earth Hour 2026” is going to be held by WWF on Saturday, March 28 at 8:30pm. Give an hour for Earth, to foster positive planetary change.
Shaw College will continue to support the programme, with just minimal campus lighting provided during this hour. You can support this campaign by signing an online pledge link https://earthhour.wwf.org.hk/en/
The following lightings will be turned off during the programme:
- Common Area of Kuo Mou Hall
- Common Area of Student Hostel II
- Dr. Tan Sin-lin Terrace
The Lights being turned off is merely the start. By altering our everyday routines, we can achieve more since every decision we make in our daily lives affects the natural world
