A Simply Hand-Drip Coffee Workshop
The Chinese Buzzword fo xi (佛系) is about giving up and lying flat — but is that the same as truly resting?
Meet a new way to rest at CUHK: Simply Being, or in Cantonese, Jing Hai(靜系). Simply do one thing at a time. Less mental noise. More room to breathe.
This time, we brew a cup of drip coffee and slow things down.
In the hush between aroma and stillness,
we return to the present and unfold a quiet journey within – one careful drip at a time.
You’re never too busy for a coffee break.
Join us to brew not just coffee,
but calm, warmth, and a rested mind.
