The College very much cares about the wellbeing of students and provides a range of programmes and professional support to help students improve their overall wellbeing, manage stress and develop resilience.
Each academic year, the College organizes a wide range of mindfulness and mental well-being promotion activities to help students relax their bodies and minds, enhance self-awareness and resilience, and promote their overall wellbeing and psychological wellness.
